A bubbling visit will welcome both connoisseurs and newcomers every Tuesday. Guided by the brewer Daniel, we will enter the brewery in Campitello, the only one in the valley. We will get to know more about the production of this mountain craft beer: from the selection of its natural ingredients - such as the water of "Val Duron" -, to the processing of the must in the brewhouse, to the fermentation, the kegging and, eventually, the tapping. Following, a narrated beer tasting, combined with the delicious cheese by Mèlga de Fascia cheese factory of Pera.
The passion of Daniel, our brewer, after years of traveling in Europe and studying production techniques, will reveal all the secrets of the first craft beer made in Val di Fassa.
Experience not to be missed for beer enthusiasts, for those who don't stop at the label but love to discover what's inside and behind a bottle.

Limited enrolment activity, maximum 10 people. Mandatory phone reservation at the number +39 339 4033901 or directly at the inn (within 12.00 p.m. of the same day) showing your Val di Fassa Guest Card.
Early booking is highly recommended. In case of lacking the minimum number of participants or of impossibility to organize the guided visit, the activity will be cancelled. In case of cancellation, the participants will be contacted within 7.00 p.m. of the previous day with total refund.
You can combine the experience with the purchase of their beers or with a dinner in the Osteria.
Meeting point: at 4.00 p.m. by the brewery-inn "Rampeèr" in Campitello di Fassa.
Duration: about 1.30 hours.
