The Garda Trentino DOP extra virgin olive oil is obtained from olive trees, located at the northernmost latitude in the world. In fact, Garda Lake is on the slopes of the Alps and creates a good Mediterranean microclimate.
The “Olive and milling” experience will take you through the interesting discovery of this fragrant oil.
You’ll visit an old ‘olivaia’ (olive grove) in Arco village and, with an expert tour guide, you’ll learn how olive trees are grown and how olives are harvested.
You will also be able to admire the wonderful landscape overlooking Garda Lake.
The other stop on the tour will be an olive oil farm.
While exploring the oil mill, you will also have the opportunity to enjoy the oil with local dishes such as Carne Salada, a De.Co. certified local meat and the Trentino sparkling wine, Trentodoc.
Tips: After this interesting tour, you may wish to end the day by tasting a menu based on local, traditional and delicious products with local wines and grappas.

Con le restrizioni vigenti, le visite nelle aziende vengono organizzati in piccoli gruppi: la prenotazione risulta quindi obbligatoria; in caso di presenze numerose, sarà necessario suddividere gli ospiti in più gruppi e modificare gli orari.
Taste&bike prevede tour libero, non è previsto l’accompagnamento guidato: agli iscritti verrà fornito un percorso per poter recarsi in autonomia presso i soci coinvolti.
