Officinal plants

These plants are cultivated following the natural rhythms of Nature. All of the herbs and flowers are harvested in their ‘balsamic moment’, i.e. in the period in which they have the highest concentrations of active ingredients and scents.

Once harvested, the individual herbs and flowers are dried, trying to preserve their intense aromas, colours and properties. Skilful mixing of these ingredients generate our infusions and their plant extracts are used to make cosmetics.

During cultivation, every single phase is carried out by hand and without the use of chemical substances, trying to favour biodiversity by implementing crop rotation, the planting of diverse species and the creation of habitats capable of ensuring the constant presence of beneficial insects.
