Pinot Nero is a very particular wine, obtained from Pinot Noir grapes originally from Bourgogne, France.
In Trentino it is cultivated only in especially dedicated areas because it adapts with difficulty. The peculiarities of the typical, modern and attractive Pinot Nero are such as to delight even the most demanding consumers thanks to its natural very high elegance.
Lighter or darker ruby red.
Fruity, with particularly intense notes of wild cherries and blackcurrant.
Flavorful, mellow and harmonious, with a lightly bitter finish.

It pairs well with boiled meats, but also with white poultry meats.
