As.TA was born in 1996, thanks to the Trento CIA Director Stefano Gasperi and a group of producers of Nave San Rocco and Zambana. The association was founded primarily to enhance and market asparagus, which has been a staple of our land since times immemorial. Currently As.TA processed from 270 to 300 quintals of asparagus per year.

In addition to fresh asparagus available in the spring season, As.TA has created a line of tasty products (made exclusively with asparagus!) to be consumed all year round.
