Azienda Agricola Biologica e Agrituristica Vallarom

Vallarom is situated in our region, in Vallagarina, on the east side of Lake Garda, along the Adige river as it climbs into the Dolomites. The wines of Vallarom are the expression of the interaction between climate, soil characteristics, the behaviour of the different vine varieties and the balance of nature. The organic production is the result of a life choice of the Scienza family, who runs the farm and lives in the vineyards. This choice allows us to respect both the vineyard with its territory and the wine, which is produced in a respectful way, without invasive techniques.
