Valle dei Laghi is the northern limit of olive cultivation thanks to the sub-Mediterranean climate of Garda: the climatic conditions make the area of Santa Massenza particularly suitable for the cultivation of vine, tradition that the Casimiro Poli family advances from 1924.
Bernardino Poli, owner of the distillery, works on the vineyards of property, transferring the commitment - in the winter months - to the small but effective craftsmanship distillery to extract fragrant single variety grappas and a series of medicinal herb aromatic grappas
A special room is available to friends and customers, for tastings guided directly by owner Bernardino Poli.
