The Maurizio Zanghielli farm, under the expert guidance of Antonio Girardelli and the support of his friend Andrea Vergari, decided to grow this precious vegetable in Vallagarina, recovering and reclaiming old outgrown farm holdings. Hot peppers are featured in more than 30 varieties, representing the most important from all 5 continents. Fresh and dried chilies, as well hot pepper sauces can finally be an organic product at the right place. Atmospheric temperature range to which these fields are submitted give hot peppers intense scents that enhance their quality. A true passion for the product that has excellent health and culinary qualities.
