Fresh veal and beef meat. carne salada, smoked meats, bacon, speck, and many types of sausages.
The company was founded in 1949: stable, slaughterhouse, production facilities and butcher’s shop. In 1977, a new larger stable was built, housing about 70 heads of cattle, under the village of Cembra; in 1987, the butcher’s shop was moved, relocation from the old historic district to the main street of the village. In 2009, the new breeding station, consisting of 3 stables (for about 130 heads of cattle) was built in the upper part of the village of Cembra. The shop sells meats, cold cuts, sausages made in house, and Trentino cheeses.
