Bionoc'

Bionoc’ is an artisanal brewery that produces genuine beers, made with quality ingredients and using only hops cultivated in Trentino, used fresh for BioLupo.
In 2017, Nociva (Scottish Ale) and Impombera beers (soured beer aged in barriques with raspberries produced by Agritur Dalaip dei Pape) won silver and gold, respectively, at the Beer of the Year contest, the most important event nationally.

We sell products made in house and it is possible to taste beers directly at our brewery.
