A family run business managed by siblings Diego, Sergio, Renzo and Lucia, who grew up with the support of Mama Armida. The beginning of the activity in the current headquarters dates back to 1952, when Father Nilo bought it, while the buildings, always used as wineries, were built between the end of the nineteenth century and the beginning of the twentieth century.
The Bolognani company mostly produces white wines with grapes picked from the Lavis, Val di Cembra and Trento hills, and predominantly purchased from local peasants, with whom the company has been enjoying an excellent and strong partnerships for decades. Beginning with the 1986 harvest, it has been working in small selected fields, allocated for production, which yield a few tens of thousands of total bottles per year. With the 2000 and 2004 vintage, the company also produced exclusive “Cru”, Gabàn and SanRòc, respectively.
