Chardonnay, Pinot Nero, Spumante Metodo Classico
The Cenci farm has born when Silvia and Valentino decided to start this new adventure in the production of wines and sparkling wines having nurtured their passion for the viticulture for over ten years.
The cellar is located in Castelnuovo – Valsugana Valley - in the southern east side of Trentino as well as the 4 hectars of vineyards that surround the farm.
This area, which has been historically used for the cultivation of grapes, has the guarantee of origin DOC for the production of wines and sparkling wines following the traditional method.
Silvia and Valentino, also thanks to the support of their families, follow daily all the activities related to the production of wine, starting from the cultivation of the grapes, passing through the vinification and arriving to the bottling and the labelling. The farm produce wines Chardonnay, Pinot noir, Sparkling wine. For younger customers the apple juice.
