Caseificio Sociale di Romeno, founded in 1873, brings together about 16 ranchers and processes milk collected from the Upper Val di Non, and, more specifically, the villages of Romeno, Sarnonico and Seio. It guarantees products obtained through a rigorous and traditional craftsmanship method.
