Latteria Sociale di Fondo was born from the merger of small local dairies and is the continuation of a history of experience that has been thriving for years in the name of genuineness. Outstanding cheeses are yielded by mountain pastures rich in variegated flora, combined with love and care for the product: they only contain milk, rennet and salt processed with wisdom, without the addition of dyes and preservatives.
