A small artisan company in Val di Fiemme, Dagostin is personally involved in the processing, transformation and sale of meat. It also boast BIO certification on some meats, such as Tyrolean grey cattle, which is listed on the Slow Food roster.
These meats are also transformed into speck, bacon, bresaola, salami and traditional gourmet specialties such as canederli (bread dumplings).
