Malghito ... naturally aperitif
Malghito is a mix of juices which is mainly used to prepare a completely natural, genuine, and authentic aperitif.
It is the result of encounter between sparkling bubbles and a mix of fruit juices (black grape, tart cherry, blackcurrant and strawberry) that, aptly blended, yield chemical-free pleasant aperitif. The right amount of ice that accompanies it makes it fresh and unique.
Malghito can also be used to make non-alcoholic drinks mixed with sparkling water or served to garnish yoghurt and ice cream bowls.In the cold months, this drink is refashioned as Vin Brulé.
