Panificio Sosi was founded in 1923, as a small laboratory located on the outskirts of Trento.

Now, with its 14 retail outlets distributed in the most strategic areas of the city and the old town, "Sosi, in Trento since 1923" offers a wide assortment of fresh bakery and pastry products, always fresh. The assortment of pizzas, focaccia, rich sandwiches and fresh ready-to-eat salads are ideal for a quick and varied quality meal at all hours of the day. Local specialties such as apple strudel, Trentino zelten and dreza mochena are an addition to a wide range of stone-baked breads, made with various types of wheat and whole grains.  New in 2013, our gluten-free, freshly baked line.

from 6.30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturday
from 6.30 a.m. to 12.30 a.m. 

Monday - Friday

Closed on Saturday afternoon and Sunday
