Pedrotti Spumanti is a historic company, founded in 1901, when Grandfather Emanuele paved the way to the wine-making world, producing still wines from typical regional grapes. Since then, from generation to generation, family tradition has evolved, passing through the 1970s, when Paolo Pedrotti embarked on the production of spumante, to date, with Donatella and Chiara, Paolo’s daughters, who, since 2008, are the Company’s helm, focusing on the bubbles produced according to the Trentodoc Metodo Classico .
