(My) manifesto

• I make wine because at the age of nine, my father used to wake me up at dawn to accompany him to the vineyards.

• I make wine because I love Mother Nature, respect its rhythms and limits and I'm grateful to her for being

always so generous, despite - much to my chagrin - the way we treat her.

• I make wine for the ultimate purpose of sharing it with my cellar guests and with those who,

by drinking it, even from afar, open a subtle and welcome dialogue.
