We are Gianpaolo, Gilberto,
Simone and Luca; you’ll find us in our shop in Sopramonte, a few kilometres from Trento.
For six generations we have
been creating delicatessen and products believing in the lessons and productive
processes of the Alpine traditions.
Our products are the result of
handicraft processes, selected breading, and respect for tradition
Our butcher’s shop is also a
workshop, where we create food culture and we transfer to our customers our
experiences and gastronomic techniques we learnt from our ancestors and
especially by Mamma Albertina.

from the 15th of June to the 30th of August
