The production of these specialties is born in a natural and unique environment, at the foot of mountain ranges of incomparable beauty and unspoiled glaciers, crystal clear waters and extensive forests of the Adamello-Brenta Nature Park.

In 1947, Francesco and Angelo Gasperi brought to fruition experience and skills acquired in the processing of meats and cold cuts by starting a butcher’s-deli shop in Vigo Rendena, which has developed over the years, until becoming today one of the leaders in the production of cold cuts in Trentino. The company is positioned in the mid/high-end market segment as regards product quality, brand awareness and commitment to professionalism.

High Season, Summer, Christmas time, Easter period
from 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 a.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Closed on Sunday afternoon

Low season:
open Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday all day; Thursday morning
from 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 a.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Closed on Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday afternoon
