    Ingredients for 4 people:
    500 g white flour
    3 dl water
    60 g ricotta cheese
    60 g  Puzzone di Moena cheese
    salt
    Mix the flour with water and salt, add the ricotta and diced Puzzone di Moena cheese; make small bean-shaped dumplings, boil briefly in salted water.
    Drain and serve with a Puzzone di Moena cheese sauce.
