Raw potato gnocchi with toasted bacon

First courses


    Ingredients for 2 people:
    2 medium-sized potatoes
    1 egg yolk
    7 tablespoons flour
    Salt to taste
    Trentingrana cheese, grated
    Smoked ricotta 


Peel and grate the potatoes, add the egg yolk, the salt and the flour and mix well. Drop by tablespoonfuls into the boiling salted water. Let simmer for 8/10 minutes.  

In a large pan sauté the butter and the diced bacon. Add the gnocchi to savour well.

Serve with plenty of grated Trentingrana cheese and smoked ricotta.
