Ingredients for  4 people :
    1 kg boiled potatoes
    150 g onions
    12 slices of bacon
    500 g boiled or roasted meat
    100 g butter
    salt and pepper

Peel the onions, sauté in butter in a skillet, add the sliced potatoes, the bacon and diced meat.

Season with salt and pepper, cook until crunchy.
