Toséla cheese petals with Carne Salada tartare



    Ingredients for 4 people:
    400 g of Toséla di Primiero cheese, sliced into thin petals
    500 g of Carne Salada, minced and then recomposed into quenelles
    Trentino del Lago di Garda olive oil, salt

Place the petals of “Toséla” in a circle on the serving dish and in the middle place the Carne Salada quenelles. Drizzle olive oil over everything and add salt and pepper to taste.

We recommend to accompany the dish with a white wine: Müller Thurgau Trentino D.O.C.
