Cornmeal and honey biscuits



    For about 100 biscuits:
    500 g  cornmeal Dorotea produced by Comunità dei coltivatori del Cibo delle Valli del Cismon and Vanoi 
    500 g  00 flour
    500 g  butter
    200 sugar
    2 tablespoons of honey

Mix all ingredients and let rest for 1 or 2 hours in a cool place, cook at 150°C for 20 min.  

Delicious for breakfast or snack time, plain or with some tasty jam.
