Procedure:
First mix the eggs with sugar, then add all the other ingredients. After having soaked the raisins in the grappa, add them to the mixture and blend.
Pour plenty of oil in a frying pan and fry a few fritters at a time, using two tablespoons to help with shaping.
Fry until golden brown, turning several times to brown evenly on all sides.
Drain well by rolling in paper towels.
Put the Mardi Gras fritters on a serving plate and dust with powdered sugar.
