Born in 1966, our dairy processes genuine milk produced with good air, mountain forage and selected natural feeds, at the base for the production of goat's and cow’s milk cheeses.The entire production and distribution chain is governed by regulations that guarantees healthy and genuine products, the result of a dairy tradition that is handed down from generation to generation.
