Flavoured schnapps: Swiss pine, Dwarf pine, Lupin, Gentian, Rosa canina, Cumin and Sloes
In our workshop, we produce traditional Trentino grappas, which are flavoured with medicinal plants harvested by hand in the Val di Fiemme woods, without artificial dyes and aromas. The choice to produce a limited number of bottles comes from the care we devote to each single processing step.
We offer guided tours every Thursday, from 10.00 am and reservation is mandatory
