In addition to traditional pizzas, the pizzeria proposes different types of dough like buckwheat flour, spelt flour and kamut flour without yeast, hemp flour and gluten-free pizzas.
Antiche Contrade also offers several different evening events dedicated to the theme of food-wine or food-beer combination, where the flavours of Valsugana and Trentino combine with the proposals of some producers of wines in Trentino or with special beers.
