Via Garibaldi, 9
38056 Levico Terme (TN)
An ancient 16th century building in the historic centre of Levico Terme in Valsugana, preserves an old tradition of hospitality, run by Riccardo Bosco; at Ristorante Boivin, you can enjoy genuine cuisine which is attentive to your every need.
The word “boivin” is not a family invention, but in local dialect, it refers to the place where must ferments.
A convivial place, a place that privileges the regional wine-food relationship, a place where the art of welcoming and caring for guests has been cultivated for generations.
Dishes on the menu - about a dozen - are combined with the dishes of the day, engendering a theme menu based on appetisers and first courses that follow the rhythm of seasons.
