In the centre of Andalo, Il Cavallino, a 4-star hotel in which Trentino wine and food is combined with the hospitality of the Zeni Family.
The “a-la-carte” restaurant is open to the public every night to offer traditional dishes of the Trentino tradition, as well as vegetarian dishes and, on request, vegan creations as well. Simple and nutritious dishes prepared by Chef Angelo, who prefers local products lovingly offered by nature in Trentino, harvested and transformed with passion by our gourmand farmers and artisans.
On request, we also meet the needs of those who have food allergies and intolerances, especially celiac guests, for whom we prepare daily dishes designed and approved by the AIC (Italian Society for the Celiac Disease).
