La Cacciatora Restaurant was built in 1850, as the operational base of the Austrian military engineers who implemented the plan to erect banks of the three rivers flowing into Piana Rotaliana: Adige, Noce and Fossa di Caldaro.
Following a variety of vicissitudes, it was eventually rebuilt in 1989 according to the most modern architectural canons and outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment; it now proposes to customers the best culinary tradition of Trentino.
