The Grappas are not all the same and in Trentino there is a way to distinguish the best, thanks to the Institute for the Protection of the Trentino Grappa which, through a Trident-shaped brand, checks and certifies aspects related to the healthiness of the product and its characteristics organoleptic and the origin of the raw material: the marc.

And it is thanks to the synergy with the Institute of Protection that this project, a selection of 10 realities, was born. It includes shops, restaurants and hotels where you can find the grappas with the Trident brand, but above all competent people who will be able to advise you or offer you the best intriguing combinations.
