Rifugio Paion – Alpe Cermis
Friday 21st february 2020, 4.00pm

Have an “aperitivo” in the Dolomites!

Take Trentino mountain cheeses, pair them to Trentodoc mountain bubbles, Trentino wines or the distinctive local artisan beer and add Trentino apples. Add snow, ski slopes, candid atmosphere of the mountains and, above all, the magic scenery of the Dolomites, on four occasions even at sunset, with the immense spectacle of Enrosadira. Result? Fun and delicious aperitifs that make tickle your taste buds and are trendy indeed ... in a word, HAPPYCHEESE!


4 p.m. – Meeting at the departure of the cablecar (Cavalese or Fondovalle Doss dei Laresi). You can board the cablecar till 4:30pm, be on time!

For all those who decide to stop at Rifugio Paion, be aware that the return will be only on foot, accompanied by an alpine guide. The organization will provide a snowmobile to collect and bring skis at the departure of the gondola lift. No one can ski down after the official daytime closing of the slopes (4.30pm), if not along the Olimpia 3 slope (from 7.30pm - evening opening).

4.30 p.m. – Enjoy the sunset with a 360° view of the Alps! From the Lagorai chain to Marmolada, from the Pale di San Martino to the Brenta Dolomites.

4.45pm to 9.00pm – With live music is now time to eat! Taste Fiemme cheeses and craft beer right on top of Alpe Cermis.

9.00pm – time to go back! Accompanied by an alpine guide we will walk under a star-studded night sky along the Lagorai slope. At the departure of the cablecar, you’ll be able to collect your skis.

Children up to 8 years free (with a paying adult)

Night skiing skipass (From 7.30 pm on Olimpia 3), €19 (free for Val di Fiemme-Obereggen and Dolomiti Superski multi-day or seasonal skipass holders)

* prices include round trip with cablecar and apericena (food + glass of bier).


It will be absolutely forbidden to ski down the slopes after its closing time (4.30pm)

Night skiing allowed only on Olimpia 3 slope, from 7.30pm to 10.30pm

For skiers who want to stop at Rifugio Paion (at 4pm), the organization will provide a snowmobile to collect and bring skis at the departure of the gondola lift. Even skiers will have to walk along the Lagorai slope to the cablecar.

All participants must be equipped with flashlights
