Primo Fiore di Malga Sass

made only with summer mountain pasture milk

Each cheese weighs about 7-8 kg, made exclusively with raw full fat milk coming from the summer mountain pastures of Malga Sass at 2000 m above sea level, in the municipality of Valfloriana.

The varieties of aromatic herbs growing in the pastures of our Malga give this cheese intense and aromatic flavours and its typical deep yellow paste.
