The small cheeses made of fresh goat milk are ripened in Trentino organic flowers and herbs. The colourful and fragrant mix contains marjoram, thyme, lemon, wild garlic, pure rosemary, lemon balm, cornflower, wild rose and calendula.
30 days of curing gives this fresh cheese a slightly sweet taste that pleasingly contrasts the aromatic ripening mixture.
Produced in small quantities, we recommend you book it before it’s all gone.
