Caseificio Sociale Val di Fassa only processes milk from Val di Fassa, guaranteeing products obtained through a rigorous and traditional craftsmanship method.
In the production facility of Pera di Fassa, you can find all cheeses we produce, chief among them is Cuor di Fassa / Cher de Fascia, which is made with raw mountain milk. Here, you can also visit a small museum of cheese making managed by the Ladino Museum.
