All of our products are certified gluten-free and we exclusively process Trentino pork meat
We proudly ensure that our customers can enjoy the genuine taste of meats and sausages from local farms, chief among them is “Carne Fumàda di Siror”, which we have been producing for almost 40 years. Among our specialties are: hot dogs with Fontal cheese, from Caseificio Sociale di Primiero, Fleischkäse, speck and cooked speck, Primiero herb and flower lard (produced in partnership with Erborì) and lucaniche sausages.
Period of operation: from December to March, and from June to September, 7.30 am - 12.30 pm / 3.30 pm - 7.30 pm
Closed on: Thursdays and Sundays (only in the months of April, May, October and November)
Guided tours: upon reservation, during regular business hours
We have another shop in Fiera di Primiero, via Garibaldi 15.
