Alpengenuss Rosticceria

Alpengenuss was created with the aim of allowing its customers to enjoy the true tastes (Genuss) typical of the Alps and, more in particular, of the Dolomites.

We propose our customers Speck available in a variety of maturation, different types of gluten-free hot dogs, local carne salada of the butcher’s shop of the Bonelli family, to savour along with Schuttelbrot crunchy rye bread.
We also offer aged and fresh cold cuts and sausages prepared with local meats and traditional family recipes, as well as canedereli with speck or cheese and spätzle.
Our shop features many local products, including cheeses and Botìro produced by the Primiero Dairy, jams, honey from the “el Rasabeck” bee-keeping farm, polenta and all you need to prepare a good meal inspired by mountain recipes.
For those who do not want to go cook, our Deli offers daily warm and cold ready-to-eat, take-away meals. Among these, you will find the inevitable rotisserie-grilled shank, which is a typically Alpine meal, cooked with its own rind, which makes this dish tasty, tender and aromatic. Rotisserie-grilled chicken, good in all seasons, is accompanied by baked potatoes and various types of vegetables grown in our vegetable garden.
In addition, customers can find different dishes depending on the availability of fresh and always selected ingredients and Chef Luca's imagination.
