The Val di Fassa Cooperative dairy farm processes milk collected from 40 local farms, guaranteeing products yielded by careful craftsmanship.
In the Pera and Campitello points of sale, you can enjoy and buy cheeses produced by the Dairy Farm, including the Cuor di Fassa (Heart of Fassa) or “Cher de Fascia”, a washed-rind cheese exclusively made with raw mountain milk.
