Traditional fresh products are the whole cleaned trout or trout filets, the ready to cook products such as the breaded slices, or the ready to eat products such as trout carpaccio, smoked and marinated filets, the meatballs and the sauce. A fancy product is also the Trout hamburger, to please smaller children.
