Concilio was founded by the Grigolli family in 1860 in Mori, a small hamlet of Vallagarina. Over the years, the current corporate facility, which today includes 480 farms in the province of Trento, ensured a vigorous selection of traditional vineyards and suitable growing soils. The wine range of native vine varietal includes Marzemino, Teroldego, Müller Thurgau and TrentoDOC, as well as Sauvignon Bianco, Gewürztraminer and Lagrein, up to Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet and Pinot Nero.
