Macelleria Sighel specialises in typical Trentino sausages, delicious cured meats and particular gastronomic specialties; it also enhances the flavours of your table and creates occasions for appetising gifts that are always appreciated. Explore and taste all of their typical Trentino products. 

Since 1953, the three generations of the Sighel family have been promoting tradition, innovation and taste of hospitality.

In our modern laboratory, we produce speck, bacon, sausages, salami, frankfurters, ham, grilled speck, donkey meat and game ragout. Veal meats comes from Trentino and Italian herds. 

Macelleria Sighel is a member of the Macelleria Tipica Trentina brand, because the meat on sale comes from certified Trentino cattle of  guaranteed quality.

October-May:
Monday - Saturday,
from 8 a.m. to 12.30 a.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Closed on Sunday, Monday and Wednesday afternoon

June-September:
Monday-Sunday,
from 8 a.m. to 12.30 a.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
