The company was founded in 1949 and includes: stable (about 130 heads of cattle), slaughterhouse, production facilities and butcher’s shop. In addition to meats, cold cuts, sausages prepared in house, and Trentino cheeses, customers can try and take home meat-based meals as well as cakes, sweets and small pastry, all prepared at the factory. The shop aims to sell local products, as well as products of the whole Trentino area. Food is also prepared in the shop: bistro room and rustic tavern.
