Maize and buckwheat flour, as well as corn flour sweet and savoury products.

A history of family-run mill, which, since 1903, has been producing high-quality corn and buckwheat flour using artisan methods. Not just yellow, white, whole meal and taragna (corn and buckwheat blend) flour, but also a wide variety of instant flours and sweet and savoury products like pasta, cookies, breadsticks, corn flakes and biscuits, all made with corn or buckwheat flour, just like our soaps.

One of the few mills still active in Trentino, which offers educational and sensory journeys surrounded by old early twentieth-century machinery.

Monday - Saturday,
from 8 a.m. to 12.30 a.m.

Friday,
from 8 a.m. to 12.30 a.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
