Cured meats, cheeses, grappas, liqueurs and a wide range of modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) products; behind each and every one of our products, there are customs and secrets being handed down over the years from generation to generation since the early 1800s.
Our business takes its name from the place where it was built and the restaurant Rifugio Crucolo is located. It is today a “crucolo” (hilltop), a “tiny mountain” in the heart of one of the most suggestive valleys of Trentino, Val Campelle, which crosses onto the land bordering Valsugana and the Lagorai Mountain range, dominated by Cima d'Asta.
The appreciation and loyalty of the lodge’s customers has led Rifugio Crucolo to growing year after year, to the point where it can today establish its footprint in the world of cured meats, cheeses, grappas and liqueurs and ready-to-eat dishes.
