Valsugana Sapori produces Canederli (first course of excellence in the gastronomic tradition of Trentino), spatzle (Tyrolean gnocchetti) and Trentingnocchi. Practical and quick to cook, these products are suitable for every occasion and great to taste with lots of condiments and toppings.
This particular fresh pasta is based on simple and genuine ingredients such as bread, flour, spinach and speck. Raw ingredients are selected by preferring, whenever possible, local suppliers, and production follows a semi-artisan process that still follows closely the original recipes.
