Directions for the frittelle:
350 gr. yellow flour
150 gr. White flour
200 ml milk
100 ml of water
1 sachet of dry yeast
2 full tablespoons of sugar
peel of one lemon
vanilla
To fry:
oil
Icing:
Icing sugar
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients.
Let the dough rise for at least 2 hours.
Fry in abundant oil.
Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
