This farmhouse inn is managed by the Primiero Dairy Farm; here, you can purchase all cheeses.
The mountain dairy is in a postcard setting, under the impressive Pale di San Martino. Here, you can leap in the past, enjoying authentic customs of a bygone time. Strangolapreti (spinach dumplings) with smoked ricotta and our cheeses are worth a try; among them, we recommend Tosèla and Primiero, which are also available for sale at our small shop. The cream we produce here yields the Botìro di Primiero di Malga, a Slow Food butter.

How to reach the mountain dairy.
You can comfortably drive by car from San Martino di Castrozza or Predazzoalong the Dolomites State Road (SS).
This is also the starting and end arrival point for easy excursions such as thewalk to the small Colbricon Lakes (40min), which is accessible also be withstrollers.
